Y.Bhg. Dato’ Wee Beng Gee brings 38 years of distinguished service with the Royal Malaysia Police, with senior leadership experience in enforcement, intelligence, and narcotics operations. His career includes appointments as Deputy Director and Assistant Director of the Narcotics Crime Investigation Department (NCID), Officer Commanding Police District (OCPD), and strategic intelligence postings with the Regional Border Committee Office (RBCO), Songkhla, Thailand. He has received specialised international training with ASEANPOL Drug Enforcement and U.S. Federal Law Enforcement agencies, and is a Board Trustee of Yayasan Pengaman Malaysia. At Energetic Force Security, he provides strategic oversight in governance, intelligence direction, and operational excellence.
TN. Mohamed Jabir bin Shaik Daud

Tn. Mohamed Jabir brings over 17 years of experience in audit, financial governance, and risk management, strengthening the credibility and operational discipline of Energetic Force Security. A Chartered Accountant (MIA) and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountants (FCCA), he has led statutory reporting, compliance reviews, internal control enhancements, and multinational finance operations with organisations including Ernst & Young, Tan Chong Group, Sime Darby Industrial, and McDermott Asia Pacific. His expertise in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and International and local accounting standard ensures strong governance, transparency, and accountability. As Managing Director, he drives financial sustainability, contract compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic expansion, positioning Energetic Force Security as a professionally managed, reliable, and future-ready security partner.
ChM. NOORUL HUDA BINTI ABDUL JABAR
Chief Executive Officer
ChM. Noorul Huda brings over 15 years of multidisciplinary expertise spanning chemistry, forensic science, law-enforcement education, intelligence operations and organisational leadership. A forensic chemist by training, she holds a BSc. Industrial Chemistry, MSc. Forensic Science, and is completing a PhD in Environmental Chemical Engineering (Universiti Malaya). Her academic and field experience in forensic intelligence, investigative methodologies, and evidence analysis provides a strong scientific foundation for Energetic Force Security. A Certified HRDC Exempted Trainer, author of three law enforcement and security-related books, and a commissioned Associate Captain, Angkatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia, she leads Energetic Force Security as CEO with a focus on technology integration, intelligence-driven operations, strong compliance culture, and professional ethics.
